This document has been drawn up by the Controller, a company called  StudioProgress S.n.c. (TAX CODE 02154470179), with headquarters in 25121 Brescia (BS) Via Carlo Cattaneo no. 51,  certified electronic mail studioprogress@legalmail.it(“Controller”), which is the owner of the personal data resulting from visiting the   www.studioprogress.it website (“Site”).

Through this document the Controller wishes to inform users of the fact that the Site uses technical cookies in order to optimize the browsing experience.  This cookie policy (“Cookie Policy”) must be read along with the Privacy Policy information. It describes the types of cookies and technology used on our Site as well as the motivations for using cookies and the relevant conditions.  Some cookies are necessary to guarantee correct site surfing. These cookies, sent to our domain, are necessary to correctly view the website and therefore they are  always used and sent within the ambit of the technical service offered, unless users modify the settings of their browser (thereby impairing the view of the website). 

Analytical cookies

These cookies are used to collect information on the use of the website. The Controller shall use them for anonymous statistical analyses in order to improve the use of the website and make contents more interesting and suitable for users. These cookies collect anonymous information on users’ activities and on how users have discovered the website. Analytical cookies are sent by the Website itself or by third parties’ domains. 

Third parties’ cookies  for service analysis.

These cookies are used to collect anonymous information concerning the use of the Website, such as the following, for the purpose of creating marketing campaigns: the pages viewed, the time spent to view them,  the origins of the origin traffic (le origini del traffico di provenienza???) as well as  the geographical origin,  age,   gender and interests of the person visiting the website.  These cookies are sent by third parties’ domains not connected with the Website. 

Cookies to integrate third parties’ software products and functions.

This type of cookies integrates the functions developed by third parties within the website. These could be icons or the preferences expressed within social networks. These cookies make it possible to share the contents of the website or use third parties’ software services (like the software required to generate maps as well as other software offering additional services). They are sent by third parties’ domains and partners’ websites offering their functions on the pages of the website. 

Profiling cookies.

These cookies are necessary to create users’ profiles with the purpose of sending advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user within the website pages.   

Pursuant to the regulations in force the Controller is not obliged to obtain consent for technical and analytic cookies as these are necessary to supply the services requested.

Third parties’ websites and services

The website may contain connections to other websites with their own privacy policy which could differ from the policy adopted here. The Controller shall be responsible only for the above website and not for third parties’ websites.

The site uses technical and analytical cookies in order to integrate the following third parties’ software products and functions (we reserve the right to update them in case of modification): 

- cookielaw_module: this expires after one day and is activated by agreeing to the banner of the cookies policy:

-SERVERID585: session cookie which expires when the page is closed. The host can work only in the presence of this cookie corresponding to a “SERVERID” server number which guarantees correct uploading of the website. 

-atuvc: this lasts 4 days. This cookie is associated with the  AddThis widget, generally integrated into websites in order to allow visitors to share the contents with various platforms focused on links between users (Facebook, Twitter, email, etc.). It stores the number of sharings of a page. Even if PPG does not offer advertising space on its websites, AddThis can use non-personal information collected while you were visiting the website so that products interesting for you can be shown on other websites. 

-atuvs: this lasts 1 hour. This cookie is associated with the AddThis widget, generally integrated into websites in order to allow visitors to share the contents with various platforms focused on links between users (Facebook, Twitter, email, etc.).

-PrestaShop-cd2ff261cc89e80a639e216974c7f5a7: this cookie lasts 15 days. The website needs this cookie in order to work properly (shopping carts, login, etc. )
